6 open exhibitions! Art, photography and history

The Foundation is collaborating with different exhibitions to bring culture closer to the public. This week, some of them are already closing their doors, after being hugely successful in terms of the number of visitors. We want to keep you up to date with the exhibitions that are currently still open.

The Foundation launches the exhibition ‘Salto de página. El libro de artista en el siglo XXI’: ‘Turning the page. Artist’s books in the 21st century’ in Seville.

The sample, which forms part of the Book Fair programme and includes a wide selection of artist’s books and contemporary editions from artists such as Jaume Plensa, Andy Warhol, Guillermo Pérez Villalta and Rogelio López Cuenca, is open to the public in the Ayuntamiento de Sevilla (Seville Town Hall) until 5th June, and includes talent like that shown in this video created by the Banco Sabadell Foundation.

Art<35 bs/2015, a bridge between young creators and the professional art circuit

Young people, artistic talent and emerging creation are the bases that make up the sample of works at the eighth edition of Art<35 BS/2015. The works, within the disciplines of photography and painting are built around a common narrative: The passage of time, the empty spaces and the marks society leaves on them; and each shows a unique vision which is particular to the author. The exhibition opened this Wednesday 3rd and can be seen until 26 September at the Galería Trama and Sala Parés, in Barcelona.
