This weekend, contemporary art will take over the city of Barcelona with the Swab fair and the Gallery Weekend. Until Sunday, the IX edition of Swab, the International Contemporary Art Fair of Barcelona will bring together a total of 75 galleries from 25 countries, and the Barcelona Gallery Weekend will hold its second edition in which 23 galleries will take part, and up to five artistic events will take place in unique places in the city, and up to 24 exhibitions will be open to the public.

Also in Barcelona, you can visit the exhibition of the IX International Landscape Biennial, until Saturday in the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Catalunya (COAC). This sample includes award-winning projects and runners-up for the International Rosa Barba Award, with the collaboration of the Foundation. It is the most prestigious event of its kind.

And in Madrid, we recommend visiting the recently opened World Press Photo Madrid, an annual exhibition which offers you the best of photojournalism. 155 photos which will remind us of events that have taken place in 2015. You can visit it in the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM) until 1 November.
