This weekend is the last chance to visit the World Press Photo exhibition in Valencia. The exhibition is open until Sunday at the Chirivella Soriano Foundation. This year’s edition is exclusively dedicated to giving visibility to the refugee crisis as part of the campaign “Podrías ser tú” [It could be you].

In Alicante, you can visit the IV edition of the Festival Internacional de Fotografia Contemporánea [International Fair of Contemporary Photography] PHOTOALICANTE. This fair includes 17 exhibitions, 11 urban interventions, 6 workshops, 4 conferences, and up to 13 activities. The fair is open until 2nd April.

Another cultural plan for this weekend is to enjoy the seventh art at the 30 Semana de Cine de Medina del Campo which is open from today, Friday 10th March, until Saturday 18th March, which brings together famous representatives of the world of cinema and emerging new talent.

 
And in Barcelona, the Joan Miró Foundation will be hosting the recently inaugurated exhibition Autogestión which reflects on contemporary art and the concept of DIY (do it yourself).
