Today, Friday, is the last day you can visit the ‘Tree of life’ exhibition at the Centro Cívico Urgell in Barcelona. The exhibition gathers images of the scientific work carried out by the Centro de Regulación Genómica [Centre for Genomic Regulation], from the smallest elements such as molecules, tissues and organs, up to live organisms. Science and art, closer than ever. A very different cultural proposal arises from the III edition of the Sampler Series festival for new music, with a concert tomorrow, Saturday at 19h at MACBA with Luis Tabuenca.
It is also the last weekend to visit the travelling fin exhibition ‘Luz de Roma’ which can be visited in Concentaina (Alicante) thanks to MARQ. In Barcelona we propose several different cultural plans such as visiting the World Press Photo exhibition, organised by the Photographic Social Vision Foundation, with the support of Banco Sabadell Foundation. The best of photojournalism at Centro de Cultura Contemporánea de Barcelona (CCCB) until December 11. And ‘Yo quería ser fotógrafo [I wanted to be a photographer’]’ at Foto Colectania until December 10th.
Another one of our proposals is the theatre, the actresses from La Kompanyia Lliure interpret the classic ‘Revolta de bruixes’ until December 4th at Teatre Lliure in Montjuïc.
