Talent promotion
The Celera Association is an association that aims to promote and develop outstanding talent in science, technology and entrepreneurship, fostering the development of skills and capabilities of the individuals that excel in these areas.
- The Celera Programme also aims to promote and develop activities related to talent, as well as research in science and technology. During 2022, 10 young people with exceptional talent in Spain were selected to provide them with the tools necessary to enhance all their personal and professional skills so that they take full advantage of their potential, also seeking to channel the concerns of participants fostering an environment in which spaces for support and synergies are generated, as well as access to opportunities and key individuals. The three-year programme has two pillars: personal development (focus on socio-emotional skills of participants, identified as the skills of the future) and professional development (connecting them with international figures, leading institutions and their interests).
