ELLIS doctoral programme

In addition, we collaborate with the Ellis Foundation to promote young talent in the field of artificial intelligence.

After a competitive selection process led and implemented by ELLIS Europe, four ELLIS doctoral students started their doctoral studies at the University of Alicante in autumn 2021. A fifth student of the ELLIS doctoral programme joined the unit for their PhD in autumn 2022 and a sixth student will spend 6 to 12 months researching in ELLIS Alicante during at least six months of the 2022-2023 academic year.
