Global Talent Programme: young researchers

The Global Talent Programme is the product of a partnership between the Banco Sabadell Foundation and CIDOB and aims to promote high-quality research among young researchers.

  • The ‘Global Challenges Talent’ and ‘Talent in 21st Century Europe’ awards recognise high-quality research and are given to research papers of the highest academic standard that demonstrate an original analytical approach and include applied research.
  • 'Junior Visiting Fellowship’: this research fellowship aims to promote the training of young, talented researchers up to age 30 and give them an opportunity to join the CIDOB research team for a six-month period in a paid fellowship.

“The Global Talent Programme is a testament to the commitment to fostering research in international relations and European politics, with a particular emphasis on young researchers, which CIDOB has been promoting since it was first founded more than 40 years ago”

Pol Morillas, director of CIDOB.
