This is a program in which experts in employability have guided young people about the necessary skills for employment so as to help them identify their career goals and plan their job search process.
Some of the participants in the program claim they have discovered a ‘new world, according to Ana Belando, a student of Psychology at the UCAM, which has also helped her to “know what I want to do in the future and how to achieve my goal avoiding any traps. A method which offers the necessary tools to boost skills and strengths with a view to a more stable future employment”, notes González, student of a Master’s in Teacher Training at the Universidad Católica. A method which is “dynamic, appealing and innovative for the students”, says Cecilia Barón, an employment advisor and lead the SOIL. In all, during the year 2015/2016 a total of 100 students from the Institution will be able to take part in this program thanks to the cooperation agreement which the UCAM has with the Banco Sabadell Foundation.
