The Banco Sabadell Foundation collaborates with Viaje al Talento (‘Journey to Talent’), to provide techniques and tools for finding work

One of the participants, Candismel Dorta Jiménez – who holds a Degree in Journalism from UCAM – assures us that the programme will help her to “identify and strengthen my skills and interests, and to create a roadmap that will allow me to successfully jump-start my entry into the labour market.”

Another testimonial of this initiative was given by Violeta Zhelyazkova – a Masters student in Marketing and Communication at UCAM – who describes the programme as “a great opportunity to define my career path” as it highlights the basic role of different group and individual sessions, as well as the support and collaboration of professionals leading the course.

The Viaje al Talento organisation itself praises the methodology used. According to Javier Zafra, head of training and employment at UCAM, this programme “helps to identify talent among the participants, and showcases them, discovering aspects that could be vital when facing their future introduction into the labour market.”
