Projects can be submitted until 11^th May. A panel of experts will announce the winner in June. The winner of this third edition will have their photobook printed and will be given the choice of having their photobook shown in the next DOCfield edition. The award, which forms part of the Documentary Photography festival, will attract over 50 photographers and some 30 expositions, transforming Barcelona into the heart of documentary photography and photojournalism for a two-month period.

The purpose of this award, with which the Foundation collaborates, is to contribute to the consolidation of the photobook as a support tool for the dissemination of stories worth telling, and to discover new talents.
