The Dentro Cine school in Cineteca Madrid is an experimental project designed to provide artistic education through film.
It is aimed at young people in socially disadvantaged situations aged between 16 and 23, who are unemployed and have no qualifications. It pursues the dual objective of giving them practical training in film language and giving them tools for dialogue, self-assessment, expression, empowerment and knowledge.
25 students have taken part in the project, supported by teachers, choosing artistic expression as an outlet, all the while remaining in constant contact with the team of the ASPA programme. They have created the feature film ‘Love without City’ (“Amor sin Ciudad”).
