XIV Banco Sabadell Foundation Award for Biomedical Research

The Banco Sabadell Foundation presented the XIV Award for Biomedical Research, one of the most important awards granted in Spain in the biomedical sector.

Career development award to a young scientist (below 42 years of age), who has built his/her career in Spain and who shows significant promise for future development.
Dr. Arkaitz Carracedo Pérez was awarded the prize in recognition of his innovative work in the field of oncology, where his contributions to the understanding of the progression of prostate cancer have been pioneering.
