Schubert and young talent

The Santa María de Vilabertran canonical church hosts the 27th edition of the Schubertiada de Vilabertran, the festival that pays homage to Franz Schubert.

The Schubertiada opened with the participation of Christiane Karg, a German operatic soprano.
The event also featured Gerold Huber, a renowned pianist who studied with Friedemann Berger at the Munich University of Music and the Performing Arts and attended Lied masterclasses with Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau in Berlin.
