XVII Banco Sabadell Award for Economic Research

Banco Sabadell Foundation grants the XVII Banco Sabadell Award for Economic Research

Rewards and recognises the work carried out by researchers in the fields of economic, business, legal and social knowledge.
Dr Laura Díaz Anadón has been granted this award for her work on climate change, which combines basic research with the development of public policies to guide the work carried out by governments and international organisations.

“Receiving this award is a great honour, it is going to help me in the future, but I also think that by strengthening and recognising the work involved in research is sending a very important sign to society, which can incentivise other young people to develop a career in research”
