XIII Banco Sabadell Award for Biomedical Research

Banco Sabadell Foundation awarded the XIII Award for Biomedical Research, one of the most important awards granted in Spain in the sector of biomedicine.

Award for the trajectory of a scientist aged under 42, who has developed their career in Spain, and who has promising future prospects ahead.
Dr Lopez Serrano won the award for his innovative contribution in the field of bacterial resistance to antibiotics, a topic which is immensely relevant in terms of biomedicine and sanitation on a global scale.
